Our Process

At MCJ Management, we engage in a process of analyzing social media audiences and developing a strategy that’s tailored to them, creating and distributing content for social media profiles, monitoring online conversations, collaborating with influencers, providing community service, and monitoring, measuring, and reporting on social media performance and ROI.

Step 1: Initial Consultation

The first step of the process involves the initial consultation. During this step, the client and I begin to map out the creative journey. One-on-one interviews take place to outline the details and ultimately arrive at the clients individual and unique story. Once the story is clearly defined and articulated we begin the next step.

Step 2: Creative Brief

The second step of the process is the creative brief. The brief consists of an overview of your brand story, objectives (goals and metrics), tone of voice, current social media efforts (and/or previous campaigns), target audience, preferred social media channels, deliverables, budget and project timeline.

Step 3: Content Calendar

The third step in the process is the content calendar. This is where the client and I establish the cadence for the delivery of each piece of content. The client and I begin to collaborate on the various formats of content to be created (i.e.: text, audio, video, etc.), we confirm the appropriate platforms, and refine our strategy.

Step 4: Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The fourth step in the process is to identify the KPI's (or metrics) that will be monitored and documented. It is vital that we understand the numbers!

Step 5: Validating the Data

The fifth step in the process is to validate the data by retesting with new data. Once the metrics that worked well, have been identified, the client and I continue to create content that will engage the target audience as we begin to build an online community and document the surge.

Step 6: Evolution and Iteration

The sixth and final step in the process is to continue iterative adjustments and evolve the clients campaign. As time and trends advance, newer strategies and methods will be discussed and implemented. The final stage is to continue to evolve!
